Kudos to Daphne Swift! Daphne is being recognized by Island Savings a division of First West Credit Union for her leadership in the community through our employee Lead Well program. To top it off, she is receiving a $500 donation to a charity of her choice! Daphne got to present the donation to Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Cowichan Valley where she has been volunteering as an in-school mentor for over a year and a half. She meets with her little buddy every week for crafts, games or just to hang out and chat. Daphne is also one of our dedicated Full Cupboard champions and contributes to the SimpleGenerosity Selection Committee for our weekly volunteer recognition awards. And that’s not it! Daphne also volunteers countless hours each year towards the MS Society of Canada. Thank you for your commitment to community, Daphne!
